$~11 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + W.P.(C) No.7418/2013 & CM No.15896/2013 (for stay) HARI SINGH ..... Petitioner Through:

None.

Versus

DELHI FINANCIAL CORPORATION & ORS ..... Respondents Through:

Mr. Vivek B. Saharya, Adv.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW

O R D E R

% 12.02.2016 1.

None appears for the petitioner.

2.

The petition was filed impugning the action of the respondent No.1 Delhi Financial Corporation (DFC) of recovering the amount of loan granted by it to the son of the respondent No.3 Smt. Kamla Devi and for repayment which loan the petitioner had given a guarantee from the salary due to the petitioner from the respondent No.2 Punjab National Bank (PNB). 3.

The petition was entertained.

4.

The counsel for the respondent No.1 DFC who alone appears states that the loan amount has been settled and the attachment of the salary of the petitioner stands withdrawn and it is perhaps for this reason that the petitioner has lost interest.

5.

Dismissed in default.

RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW, J.
