O R D E R

% 20.07.2016 Vide order dated 9th May, 20016, petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release to take care of his wife, whose surgery was scheduled for 11th May, 2016 at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. Vide order dated 2nd June, 2016, parole was extended for another four weeks from 8th June, 2016 to enable the petitioner to look after his wife, who was stated to be recuperating at home. Again vide order dated 1st July, 2016, the parole was extended for another fifteen days from 6th July, 2016 on the plea taken by petitioner that he had to take his wife for regular check up post surgery.

Petitioner has again approached this Court seeking extension of parole. It is submitted that parole be extended by one week to enable the petitioner to make alternative arrangements for taking care of his

wife.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, parole granted to petitioner is extended till 27th July, 2016 on the same terms and conditions. Petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on 28th July, 2016. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
