% 20.10.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3to provide information as sought for by the petitioner. It is contended that the information was denied to the petitioner. The petitioner had filed the second appeal on 05.10.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there were certain objections in the appeal of the petitioner which objections were cured and the appeal was re-filed on 28.12.2015 and thereafter, till date, there is no intimation with regard to the listing of the appeal. Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.

The present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.1 - CIC to expeditiously dispose of the appeal of the petitioner in W.P.(C) 6514/2016

accordance with law.
