CS(OS) 3242/2011 The next date fixed before this court is 09.03.2016 for further cross examination of PW1. However, vide notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the suit stands transferred to the district court. Learned counsel for defendant submits that he will inform learned counsel for plaintiff about transfer of the matter.

Learned counsel further submits that he has already sent message and email to learned counsel for plaintiff and has also spoken to him. File be sent to the court of learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Court on 1st April, 2016.
