% 02.08.2016 CM No. 26449/2016 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. CM(M) 713/2016 and CM No. 26448/2016 (stay) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he withdraws his challenge to the orders dated 24.02.2014, 17.04.2015 and 15.05.2015 as these orders have been passed by the learned Single Judge of this court. He submits that he will take appropriate steps as per law to challenge the said orders/seek modification of the said orders. He further submits that his grievance is that IA No. 92/2008 which has a bearing on the payments which are to be made to the respondents is not being adjudicated upon or heard. He submits that appropriate directions CM(M) 713/2016

may be given to the trial court to expeditiously dispose of this application. As far as the early disposal of IA No. 92/2008 is concerned, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he has no objection to early disposal. In view of the above, the trial court is requested to expeditiously dispose of IA No. 92/2008.

With above direction, the present petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
