The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Civil Suit No.246/2015 titled as 'Vinod Gupta vs. Rakesh Kumar Goyal & Ors.' presently pending in the Court of Sh.Ajay Goel, ADJ, Rohini District Courts, Delhi, to the Court of Ms.Geetajali Goel, ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi where Civil Suit No.71/2016 titled as 'Rakesh Kumar Goyal v. Manish Gupta & Ors.' between the parties is pending. 2.

Heard. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that he has no objection if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and Civil Suit No.246/2015 titled as 'Vinod Gupta vs. Rakesh Kumar Goyal & Ors.' presently pending in the Court of Sh.Ajay Goel, ADJ, Rohini District Courts, Delhi, is transferred to the Court of Ms.Geetajali Goel, ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi where Civil Suit No.71/2016 titled as 'Rakesh Kumar Goyal v. Manish Gupta & Ors.' between the parties is pending. TR.P.(C.) 86/2016

In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, Civil Suit No.246/2015 titled as 'Vinod Gupta vs. Rakesh Kumar Goyal & Ors.' is withdrawn from the Court of Sh.Ajay Goel, ADJ, Rohini District Courts, Delhi, and is assigned/transferred to the Court of Ms.Geetajali Goel, ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi where Civil Suit No.71/2016 titled as 'Rakesh Kumar Goyal v. Manish Gupta & Ors.' is pending, for disposal in accordance with law. 4.

It is submitted that next date of hearing in both the matters is 18th July, 2017.

Since the file has to be transferred by the learned ADJ at Rohini District Courts, Delhi to Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, which is also listed for hearing on 18th July, 2017, the parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court in Civil Suit No.246/2015, titled as 'Vinod Gupta vs. Rakesh Kumar Goyal & Ors.' on 26th July, 2017. 6.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 7.

Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties. 8.

A copy of this order be also sent to the Courts concerned through concerned District & Sessions Judge.
