% 17.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order of this court dated 04.04.2018, the respondent had filed an appeal before the Division Bench being Co. App. No. 8/2018. He submits that before the Division Bench, the respondent Company paid to the petitioner a sum of Rs.13,23,057/- as noted by the Division Bench in its order dated 17.05.2018. He submits that the costs of Rs.22,000/- which was imposed by this court on 21.04.2016 have not been paid. He, however, submits that he would like to withdraw the present petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
