IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ CONT.CAS(C) 540/2018 RAJENDER PRASAD AGGARWAL ..... Petitioner Through:
Petitioner in person.
versus MOHAN JEET SINGH ..... Respondent Through:
Ms Sakshi Popli, Advocate for respondent.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 24.07.2018 1.
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, alleging that the order dated 23.03.2018 has not been complied with. A plain reading of the order dated 23.03.2018 indicates that the respondent was directed to file an affidavit within a period of four weeks from that date. The said affidavit has not been filed as yet. Ms Popli states that there has been a delay in filing the affidavit, as the parties were endeavouring to settle their disputes by mediation. She assures this Court that the affidavit will be filed within a period of one week from today. The response to that affidavit, if any, be filed by the petitioner within a period of one week, thereafter. 2.
In view of the above, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the present petition at this stage. The same is disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JULY 24, 2018 MK
