% 06.02.2019 Ms. Seerat Deep Singh appearing for Respondent No.1 submits that she would be filing the counter affidavit during the course of the day. In case the counter affidavit is filed during the course of the day, it shall be taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted two weeks to file rejoinder to the said counter affidavit. The right of Respondent No.2 to file counter affidavit stands forfeited.

Notice could not be issued to Respondents No. 3 and 4 for account of want of process fee.

Issue fresh notice to Respondents No. 3 and 4 subject to the petitioner depositing costs of ₹10,000/- by way of a crossed cheque favouring the Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust.

On notice being so issued, let counter affidavits be filed by the said respondents within a period of four weeks with advance copies to

the petitioner who may file rejoinder thereto, if any, within two weeks thereof.
