Appellants No.1 to 3 are present in Court. Learned counsel for respondent has handed over the original TDS certificate to appellant No.1 Gayatri Devi who is at liberty to seek refund of the same from the Income Tax Department.

Appellant Nos.1 to 3 are present in Court and they have produced the passbook of their savings bank accounts as per the particulars given hereinbelow: - (i) Gayatri Devi (appellant No.1) S.B. A/c No.682902010014318 Union Bank of India, Nagod Branch.

(ii) Puran Singh (appellant No.2) S.B. A/c No.5009837170-7 Allahabad Bank, Anand Vihar Branch, Delhi.
(IFSC: ALLA0212004).
(iii) Krishna (appellant No.3) @ Krishan @ Rukmani S.B. A/c No.5009837360-2
Allahabad Bank, Anand Vihar Branch, Delhi.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to disburse Rs.10 lakh to appellants No.1 to 3 in the following manner: (i) Rs.5 lakh be kept in 50 FDRs of Rs.10,000/- each in the name of appellant No.1 for the period 1 month to 50 months, respectively, with cumulative interest;
(ii) Rs.2 lakh be kept in 40 FDRs of Rs.5,000/- each in the name of appellant No.2 for the period 1 month to 50 months, respectively, with cumulative interest;
(iii) Rs.2 lakh be kept in 40 FDRs of Rs.5,000/- each in the name of appellant No.3 for the period 1 month to 50 months, respectively, with cumulative interest;
(iv) The balance amount, after keeping Rs.9 lakh in FDRs, be released to the appellants No.1 and 3 by transferring the same to their individual savings bank accounts mentioned in para-2 above. 4.
All the original FDRs shall remain with the UCO Bank. However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank to the appellants/claimants. 5.
The maturity amounts of the FDRs be released to the appellants in their individual savings bank accounts mentioned in para-2 above. 6.
No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
