W.P.(C) 6703/2016 & CM No.27437/2016 (under Section 151 CPC) The petitioner has filed the present petition on the ground that the information sought for by the petitioner in his RTI application has not been provided. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Appellate Authority had refused to entertain the applications as the petitioner had not complied with the requirements of payment of fees and the even the appeals were delayed. He further submits that the petitioner has not even approached the Central Information Commission and has directly approached this Court. WP(C) 6703/2016

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition to approach the Central Information Commission in accordance with law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
