% 26.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties in accordance with the decision rendered by the Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development. However, learned counsel for the respondents state that the decision of the Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development should not be treated as a precedent as the same has been agreed upon in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case. In view thereof, present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
