Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.229/2013 registered under Sections 103/104 of Trade Marks Act and Section 63 of Copy Right Act at PS Economic Offences Wing, Delhi. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / respondent No.2. 2.

Counsel for the complainant / respondent No.2 is present and informs that matter has been settled between the parties amicably and complainant has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question. 3.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties.

Settlement deed / MOU dated 09.03.2016 signed by the parties (Annexure 'C') recording settlement is on record. As per status CRL.M.C. 2603/2016

report, charge has yet not been framed. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.229/2013 registered under Sections 103/104 of Trade Marks Act and Section 63 of Copy Right Act at PS Economic Offences Wing, Delhi and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petitioner is directed to deposit ` 20,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
