CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH
O R D E R
% 27.07.2016 CM No. 2625/2016 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. CM(M) 703/2016 and CM No. 26024/2016 (stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fresh order passed by the trial court on 22.07.2016, two of his prayers have been rendered infructuous. Now, his only grievance is that the trial court has fixed the matter for 01.08.2016 for final arguments. He submits that he wants to challenge the order dated 22.07.2016 but is unable to do so on account of the short date given by the trial court.
The present petition is rendered infructuous in view of order dated 22.07.2016. It is for the petitioner to approach the trial court for appropriate relief on the issue of sufficient time which he is urging before this court. Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
