% 24.08.2016 It is stated that the parties have complied with the last order. They had appeared before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 23rd August, 2016. Master Daksh had remained with Tarun Sharma from 5.30 P.M. on 17th August, 2016 till 5.30 P.M. on 18th August, 2016.

The parties have also agreed that Master Daksh will presently remain
with Bharti Sharma, but on every weekend, he would go and reside with Tarun Sharma for about eighteen hours. Parties state that they will mutually decide upon the date and time on which Master Daksh would visit and stay with Tarun Sharma.

We clarify that the aforesaid arrangement mutually agreed would be subject to orders that may be passed by the Guardianship Court or in other legal proceedings. The aforesaid arrangement can be modified, altered or vacated. Nothing stated in this order would be construed as expression of opinion on merits of the submissions made by Bharti Sharma or Tarun Sharma. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Copy of this order will be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
