The present application filed by the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh and comprehensive petition inter alia to include all subsequent developments. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this limited request. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner for filing a fresh and comprehensive petition on the same cause of action as requested, but only after including the subsequent developments as well.
