Petitioner, by the present application, seeks modification of order dated 14.01.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached M/s. Truth Labs Forensic Services in terms of order dated 06.11.2019, as modified by order dated 14.01.2020, and the documents were not received by M/s. Truth Labs Forensic Services. He further submits that order dated 14.01.2020 reads as if Mr. A.K. Gupta is the Director of M/s. Truth Labs Forensic Services. 3.

The applicant is misconceived as order dated 14.01.2020 does not show Mr. A.K. Gupta as Director of M/s. Truth Labs Forensic Services.

Petitioner is directed to once again approach M/s. Truth Labs CM(M) 815/2018

Forensic Services in terms of order dated 06.11.2019, as modified by order dated 14.01.2020 and furnish the documents as well as the fee, as fixed by this Court on 06.11.2019. Thereafter M/s Truth Labs Forensic Services shall comply with order dated 06.11.2019 read with order dated 14.01.2020.
