Mr. Suhail Khan, learned counsel for petitioner has appeared through Video Conferencing and has informed that the dispute pertaining to the present matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Saket District Courts and the matter has been amicably settled. It is stated that since the matter has been amicably settled, the present petition has, virtually, become infructuous and, therefore, the same is not pressed.

The copy of the settlement terms has been stated to have been filed vide Diary No. 2307227/2024 dated 18th July, 2024. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by Mr. Khan and the fact that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the petition as the matter has been amicably settled, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
