The present application has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.WD-HN-000153/2016, under Section 379 IPC, Police Station Hari Nagar.
The present matter came up for hearing on 25.07.2016 and the same was adjourned for today. However, the arrest of the petitioners was stayed subject to their joining the investigation as and when required.
Learned APP for the State has submitted that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for any further investigation or custodial interrogation.
In the facts and circumstances, the interim protection granted to
the petitioners vide order dated 25.07.2016 is confirmed. It is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on furnishing the personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners are directed to join the investigation as and when required; shall not tamper with the evidence and not to influence the prosecution witnesses.
They are further directed not to leave the country without prior permission of the court concerned. The bail application is disposed of accordingly. P.S.TEJI, J AUGUST 22, 2016 dd
