O R D E R

% 05.12.2016 By an order dated 21.11.2016, it was proposed to appoint Mr Manish Sharma, Advocate as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

The petition was deferred awaiting the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The said disclosure has since been made. There is no objection by either of the parties. Accordingly, Mr Manish Sharma, Advocate is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The Arbitrator shall fix his fees in consultation with the parties. The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for fixing the schedule of the arbitral proceedings. The petition is disposed of.
