% 25.09.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that it will be ensured that the arbitration proceedings culminate into an Arbitral Award within a period of three months from today, provided that the petitioner also co-operates for the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses his apprehension on the statement being made.
Recording the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, the present petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same or file afresh incase the arbitration proceedings are not taken up expeditiously by the Arbitrator in spite of this statement being made.
