% 05.02.2018 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner by the counsel present that in view of the order dated 22.09.2017 of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi whereby the petition under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 M.T. No. 22/15 filed by the respondents no. 1 & 2 to the present petition has been dismissed, as the petitioner had sought to assail the impugned order dated 15.01.2015 in the said petition issuing notice to the petitioner herein of the petition under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in as much as no cause of action survives anymore.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
