Out of the mentioned documents in para no. 3, plaintiff is giving up the copy of the cover page of 100th Anniversary Special Wogan Magazine April, 1992, Original letter dated 11.02.2010, original notice issued by the defendant dated 15.02.2010 and original notice issued by defendant dated 25.02.2010.

I have perused the documents and all of them were filed by plaintiff. In facts, application is allowed.

AR (O) is directed to return the documents subject to filing of certified copies. He is also directed to verify the certified copies after comparing with original documents handover to plaintiff through counsel on 21.09.2015 at 3:00p.m.
