The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) Issue an appropriate Writ/Order/direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner herein to get constructed new building of above said Police Station Burari out of own resources and donations from general public/ NGOs etc as a social awareness and reformative tools in the interest of Police Personnel of said Police Station and general public as well;

Clearly, this Court cannot grant a mandamus to permit the petitioner to construct the police station at Burari.

This Court is informed that the requisite approvals have been taken for establishing a police station in the said area. 4.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The pending application is also disposed of.
