This is an application by the Respondent No.4 seeking directions to the Registry to provide a certified copy of the order dated 20.12.2018 passed by this Court.

From the perusal of the order sheet available on the case file, it appears that no order was passed on 20.12.2018. As per the office noting available on the case file, there is a file noting of AOJ Civil-IV dated 19.07.2024 stating that AOJ (Listing Branch) is requested to verify the Peshi dated 20.12.2018 in FAO 444/2013 as a certified copy of order dated 20.12.2018 was applied by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

It is further noted that FAO 444/2013 was a Regular Matter in the category of 'Senior Citizen'. The note further mentions that the order dated 20.12.2018 is neither attached in the case file nor available online. In view of the same, the Listing Branch was requested to verify whether the case was listed or whether any order was passed in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Pursuant to this note, the Listing Branch has confirmed vide a note dated 24.07.2024 that the FAO 444/2013 was a Regular Matter and it was listed before Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vinod Goel on 20.12.2018 in the Regular Matter List in the category of 'Senior Citizen' at Item No.2AC. The note further states that the hard/soft version of Court Parcha of 20.12.2018 had been checked to see if there was any remark/date given by the Court Master to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vinod Goel in FAO 444/2013 in the Regular Matter. However, no remarks/date is mentioned in the Court Parcha dated 20.12.2018. 5.

In view of the above notes by the Registry, it is clear that the matter was listed on 20.12.2018 in the Regular Matter List before this Court, however, no order has been passed as the matter continued to be on the Regular Matter List even after this date. 6.

Since no order was passed, the request for providing a certified copy of the order dated 20.12.2018 cannot be accepted. The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. TEJAS KARIA, J.
