% 01.03.2016 The present revision petition has been filed under Sections 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 22nd November, 2014 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge.
On 22nd December, 2015, learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the mediation proceedings before the Court below were underway and the next date of mediation was 6th January, 2016. The matter was adjourned for today. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and respondent no.2 today despite the matter having been passed over thrice.
The present revision petition was filed along with the application for condonation of delay of 18 days in filing the present
revision petition. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in prosecution of the matter.
Consequently, the petition and application are dismissed for non-prosecution.
