The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendant no.2 Godrej Consumer Products support the application and state that the application is signed by the authorized representatives of the plaintiff and the defendant no.2 and is also supported by their affidavits. 2.

I have perused the contents of the application and find the settlement arrived at to be lawful.
