1. This petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment 9th March, 2017 of this Court in WP(C) No. 973/2015 (GVK Power (Goindwal Sahib) Limited & Anr. v. Union of India Ltd. & Anr.) and batch.

2. In terms of the said judgment, it is clarified that it is open to the Petitioner to raise disputes with regard to the quantum of compensation, if the same has not been done in the manner indicated in the said judgment, before the Tribunal constituted for that purpose under Section 27 of The Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015.
