% 13.04.2017 If there is any tampering with the criminal record, i.e. substitution of the complaint originally filed by the daughter-in-law of the petitioner involving him and others in the family for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/406 IPC, the contentions of the petitioner will have to be raised and considered at appropriate stage of the proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with the ordinary procedure. The learned standing counsel for the State submits that till date no FIR has been registered at the instance of the complainant against any person with Crime Against Woman (CAW) Cell but, the complaint which has been received, is presently under inquiry.
Under these circumstances, no directions in the writ jurisdiction on the petition at hand are called for. It is disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands dismissed.
