This matter has been placed before the Court by the learned Joint Registrar vide order dated 18.03.2025 for further directions. 2.

It is recorded in the said order that the Court notice issued to Plaintiff No.1 was received back unserved with the report 'Left'. Further, Court notice to Plaintiff No.2 was received back unserved with the report that no such person is residing at the given address. Court notices issued to the Defendants have also been received back unserved. Learned Joint Registrar also notes that none has been appearing on behalf of the parties to pursue the matter since 21.03.2024.

Needless to reiterate, Plaintiffs have filed the present suit and it was their obligation to furnish fresh addresses in case of any change, however, Plaintiffs have neither furnished the fresh address nor appeared in the Court to prosecute the suit since 21.03.2024.

It appears that Plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the suit and the same is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with the pending applications.
