% 28.03.2016 The abovementioned petition has been filed by the appellant under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the order dated 9th August, 2010 which was clarified by order dated 8th November, 2010 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal in an application under Section 17 of the Act. Learned counsel for the respondents has informed that the Arbitral Tribunal has already reserved the judgment on 17th March, 2016 in arbitration proceedings. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition at this stage. The petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the appellant to raise the pleas if Award is passed against him in the objection under Section 37 of the Act, if any, situation arises. Till the date of publishing the Award interim order passed on 3rd December, 2014 shall continue. The petition is disposed of.
