% 03.08.2016 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground to attend marriage of his sister which was scheduled for 13th July, 2016. It may be noted that petitioner has already availed parole with effect from 11th March, 2016 to 11th April, 2016. Be that as it may, since marriage is over no ground is made out for release of petitioner on parole. Writ petition is dismissed.
