% 16.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 - Registrar, Cooperative Societies states that they would examine the list of members submitted by the petitioner - Cooperative Society, verify the details and pass appropriate orders. He states that this does not mean that the Registrar, Cooperative Societies has accepted the list of members furnished and enclosed by the petitioner - Cooperative Society or that the DDA has agreed to make allotment of land.
The counsel for the petitioner - Cooperative Society and the respondent No.1 - Registrar Cooperative Society have agreed that there is no freeze list as such. The verification process would start within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and would be completed within 4 months thereafter. We clarify that all contentions and issues raised by the petitioner - Cooperative Society or by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies are left open. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. SANJIV KHANNA, J JAYANT NATH, J AUGUST 16, 2016/rd
