% 19.11.2018 This Court had granted parole to the petitioner vide order dated 8th September, 2016 whereafter the petitioner did not surrender. Hence on a report received from the jail this Court issued non-bailable warrants against the petitioner.

Petitioner has since been arrested. He be sent in Tihar Jail for completion of remaining period of sentence.

No further orders are called for in this writ petition. Copy of this order be handed-over to SI Satwant Singh from PS Adarsh Nagar under signature of the Court Master. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
