O R D E R

% 28.08.2018 The petitioner has been provided security in terms of this Court's order dated 25.07.2018.

Ms. Rao, the learned counsel for the State submits that section 506 IPC has been added to the FIR. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the interim, one of the accused has murdered some person and the petitioner apprehends immense threat to his life and liberty. In the circumstances, the respondent No.2 shall assess the threat to the petitioner yet again and enhance his security, if so required. The petitioner's contention that section 307 IPC should be added to the prosecution's case against the accused persons, would be pursued by him in the appropriate proceedings.

No further orders are required.

The petition is disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
