This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. I.A.7913/2024 (for withdrawal of petition) in O.M.P.(COMM) 321/2018 2.
This is a petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking setting aside of the award dated 20th April, 2018. The dispute is with respect to a Contract Agreement dated 7th September, 2011, regarding development of Integrated Check Post along the India-Bangladesh Border at Petrapole, West Bengal .

This is an application for filing on record the Settlement Agreement dated 26th March, 2024. By way of the present application, it is informed that the parties have resolved their disputes under the Vivad se Vishwas scheme. The payment has to be made in terms of the said scheme. The amount has been agreed upon. A sum of Rs.1,25,91,208/- is to be paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent within 30 days upon the Settlement The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
