By the present application the petitioner seeks reduction of the surety bond to a sum of ₹10,000/-.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was last granted parole in September, 2015.

On a query raised by this Court to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to what was the surety bond amount at the time when the parole was last granted, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner was earlier granted parole on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount. 7.
By the order dated 8th September, 2016 this Court has granted parole to the petitioner for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond W.P. (CRL) 2286/2016
in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety of the like amount which needs no modification.

Application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
