versus STATE ..... Respondent Through :Mr. Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel with Mr. Jamal Akhtar, Adv. and SI Ombir Singh, P.S. Welcome
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 07.11.2016 Petitioner has prayed for grant of parole for three months for filing Special Leave Petition. It is noted that petitioner had earlier filed WP (Crl.) No. 638/2016 seeking parole for three months on the ground of filing Special Leave Petition. The said writ petition was dismissed by a Bench of coordinate jurisdiction vide order dated 15th March, 2016. I do not find any justification to entertain another writ petition for seeking the same relief. Petitioner is at liberty to file Special Leave Petition from jail through the legal aid.
Petition is dismissed.
