O R D E R

% 02.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorized construction is being permitted by respondent No. 1 at property bearing No. A-19 and property No. A-21 (opposite to property NoB-12, Panchsheel Vihar, Khirki, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi). He prays for action on this count.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has put in his appearance. A status report has been filed. The details of the action taken on the aforenoted two properties have been delineated. Qua property No. A-19, it is stated that the property was booked on 12.06.2016 and required show cause notice is sent to the occupier on 12.07.2016. Letters of disconnection of electricity and water supply have also been sent to the concerned authorities on 21.07.2016. Sealing proceedings under Section 345-A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act have also been initiated. All actions as permitted under law shall be taken.

Qua property No. A-21, his submission (as stated in the status report) is that after initiation of action and booking of the aforenoted property, demolition orders have also been passed on 15.05.2016 and part action qua the demolition has been taken on 27.07.2016. The further proposed action is fixed for 30.08.2016. This last submission is made on oral instructions as this information has been received by learned counsel for respondent No. 1 before the preparation of the status report. The submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No. 1 are noted. His further submission that all actions as permitted under the law shall be taken qua the aforenoted two properties and the same shall be intimated to the petitioner is noted. No further orders are called for on this application. Petition disposed of.
