CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 03.08.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of establishing social ties to remain in the main stream of society and to look after his aged mother. A perusal of nominal roll indicates that petitioner availed furlough for three weeks each in the month of April and June, 2016. He has surrendered only on 23rd June, 2016. Accordingly, plea of maintaining social ties and looking after his mother are not convincing.
Writ petition is dismissed.
