The present appeal under Order XLI Rule 1 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "a) call for the records of suit no.1514/2001 titled as "Shri Dharampal & Others Vs. Shri Suresh Chand Gupta & Ors." and set-aside the impugned judgment & decree dated 27.08.2010 as passed by the Court of Smt. Shail Jaiin, Ld.A.D.J., Delhi in suit no.1514/2001 in the matter of "Shri Dharampal & Others Vs. Suresh Chand Gupta & Ors." b) decree the said suit being suit no.1514/2001 in terms of prayers made therein;
c) pass such other or further orders which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the appellants and against the respondent." 3.
None appears on behalf of the appellants.
