O R D E R

% 28.09.2018 The petitioners have joined investigations. In the circumstance, the interim order dated 23.07.2018 is confirmed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in F.l.R. No. 02/2017 dated 08.05.2017 registered at P.S. Anti Corruption Branch, NCT Delhi under Section 13(l)(d) r/w Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and sections 420/468/471/120-B IPC, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer;

(ii) he shall furnish his mobile phone number to the Investigating Officer, which shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact him;

(iii) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (iv) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

The petition is disposed-off.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
