% 12.07.2017 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking appropriate directions to the learned Trial Court for expediting the trial in case FIR No. 693/2014 registered as PS-Rajouri Garden titled as "State Vs. Dheeraj Vashisht & Ors." and in a complaint case under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 titled as Indu Vashisht Vs. Dheeraj Vashishst & Ors.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no effective proceedings have been conducted in the matters by the learned Trial Court which causes inordinate delay and irreparable loss to the petitioner. Heard.
Perusal of the record shows that order sheets placed on record shows that arguments on charge in case FIR No. 693/2014 registered at Police Station - Rajouri Garden, were heard by the Trial Court on 07.10.2016 and the case was posted for orders on 05.11.2016. When the matter was listed on 05.11.2016, the same was adjourned to 03.12.2016. Again, the matter
was adjourned on 18.02.2017. Now, the case is fixed for the same purpose on 26.08.2017.
Heard.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, it is hoped and expected that the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate would pronounce the order on charge and hear the complaint case registered under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
With above observations, the present petition is disposed of, Copy of the order be given dasti, as prayed.
