1. Mr. Rajappa, learned counsel for the Respondents, hands over to the Court the written instructions received by him from the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti („NVS‟) by way of a letter dated 29th November 2019, stating that they are prepared to recall the transfer order dated 11th August, 2016 qua the Petitioner, reserving their right to pass a fresh transfer order as per the transfer policy of the NVS.

2. In that view of the matter, placing on record the above statement, the petition is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
