% 12.07.2018 CA No. 767/2018 This application is filed by the petitioner under Section 434 of the Companies Act seeking transfer of the present petition to NCLT in terms of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2018 No. 6 which was promulgated on 06.06.2018.

The mater is at an initial stage. In my opinion, there is no impediment to transfer the present petition to NCLT.

The application is allowed.
