+ CO.PET. 611/2014 MATRIX FOREX SERVICES PVT LTD.

..... Petitioner Through:

Mr. Karan Khanna and Mr. Aniket Bhattacharya, Advs.

versus VIHAAN NETWORKS LIMITED ..... Respondent Through:

Mr. Surendra Kumar, Adv.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

O R D E R

% 22.03.2016 Learned counsels for the parties inform me that they have settled their inter se disputes.

As a matter of fact, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 29.2.2016 has been executed between them. To be noted, though a photocopy of the MOU has been shown to me, the same has not been formally filed with the court. Therefore, insofar as the contents of the MOU are concerned, this court is not called upon to opine on the legal tenability of the same one way or the other. Counsel for the petitioner, however, says that in view of the settlement arrived at with the respondent, he has instructions to withdraw the captioned petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner.
