% 03.08.2016 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole to take care of his wife who has to undergo eye operation on 6th August, 2016 at Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt.

Status report has been filed.

Address of the petitioner has been verified. It is also verified that petitioner's wife has to undergo eye operation on 6th August, 2016. On earlier occasion also, petitioner was released on parole and he had surrendered back in jail on completion of said parole period.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the

satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall stay at House No. E-175A, Street No. 5, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi - 110091 and shall not leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. He shall report to the SHO of police station Mayur Vihar, Phase-I once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am. After completion of parole period he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent. A.K. PATHAK, J.
