% 05.10.2016 The status report tendered in court is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when called for. In the order dated 25.07.2016, the reasons for granting interim protection to the petitioner has already been set out. It is noted that the petitioner and the injured, namely, Bittu have entered into a settlement, while the other two injured are not traceable. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join

the investigation as and when called for and he shall not in any manner seek to approach and influence the victims or other witnesses. The petitioner shall provide his mobile number and address, which shall not be changed without prior intimation to the IO.

Petition stands disposed of.
