% 17.04.2017 Having regard to the facts that the applicant is shown to have executed two agreements, first dated 1st April, 2016 and the second dated 5th August, 2016 purporting to sell his share in the subject property for consideration in favour of another accused Dilbar Hussain, the said documents indicating cash consideration first of Rs. 40 lakhs and then of Rs. 60 lakhs having been received, there being apparently at this stage no account given for such proceeds received, and the fact that the said agreements to sell were used by the said Dilbar Hussain for committing the offence of cheating, keeping in view the disclosures made by Dilbar Hussain during interrogation after his arrest on 8.4.2017, as indeed the involvement of this applicant as accused in at least three other similar crimes, registered in UP, they being FIR Nos. BAIL APPLN. 648/2017

278/15 under Sections 420/506 IPC, police station Gagalheri, District Saharanpur, UP.; 286/2016 under Sections 420/406/506/120 B IPC, police station Gagalheri, District Saharanpur, UP. and 287/2016 under Sections 420/406/120B IPC police station Gagalheri, District Saharanpur, UP and bearing in mind the present stage of investigation, this is hardly a case for grant of anticipatory bail.

The application is dismissed.
