This is an application moved by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail in Sessions Case No.4A/15 registered under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Mr.Ravi Sikri, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that since it is the case of the petitioner that he was only an employee in M/s. Shaha Chemicals i.e. working as Supervisor, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court to file appropriate application seeking bail alongwith the necessary documents showing the capacity of the petitioner in M/s. Shaha Chemicals as employee only.

As prayed, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty, as prayed for.
